12-Fiber Pigtail, OS2 Ribbon

LYNN 12-Fiber Ribbon Pigtails are designed for high fiber count splicing applications in CATV, FTTX, telecommunication networks, and premise installations. Each assembly features 12 single mode 9/125/900µm tight-buffered optical fibers in a convenient ribbon pack format, with LC or SC connectors pre-installed on one end and exposed fiber on the opposite end for field termination.

Each pigtail is ready to be stripped and fusion or mechanically spliced to individual fibers within a multi-fiber trunk. The standard 3-meter length provides flexibility during installation, while the color-coded fiber arrangement follows TIA-598-A industry standards for fast, accurate fiber identification. Colors include blue, orange, green, brown, slate, white, red, black, yellow, violet, rose, and aqua.

Built with Corning® SMF-28 Ultra glass, these single mode pigtails are available with UPC or APC polish types and support LC or SC connector configurations. The OFNR-rated riser jacket and heat shrink construction help protect the assembly and prevent the zipcord from separating from the connector during handling and installation.

LYNN 12-Fiber Ribbon Pigtails are engineered for dependable optical performance, featuring insertion loss of less than 0.25dB, return loss of ±0.25dB, and durability greater than 500 matings. They operate in temperatures from -20°C to 70°C and are manufactured in ISO-9001 and TUV certified facilities. These pigtails meet Telcordia GR-326-CORE and TIA/EIA-568-C.3 requirements and are RoHS compliant.
