LYNN Hammer Series ruggedized fiber patch cables are engineered specifically for demanding FTTx deployments where durability, flexibility, and fast installation are critical. Designed for both indoor and outdoor environments, these rugged simplex assemblies provide exceptional mechanical protection while maintaining the optical performance required for modern broadband and fiber access networks. Their compact construction and ruggedized design make them ideal for installations where cables may be stapled, routed through tight pathways, or exposed to harsh environmental conditions.

Constructed with premium Corning® SMF-28 Ultra bend insensitive fiber and a thick Kevlar reinforcement layer, LYNN Hammer Series patch cables deliver outstanding durability and reliable optical performance in challenging deployment scenarios. The ruggedized construction is specifically engineered to withstand installation stress while maintaining extremely low signal loss, even when stapled directly to wood surfaces during installation. The outdoor-rated jacket meets Telcordia GR-20-CORE water penetration requirements, helping protect the cable against moisture and environmental exposure in demanding indoor and outdoor applications.

LYNN Hammer Series ruggedized patch cables are available with both 3 mm and 4.8 mm jacket diameter options to support a wide range of deployment requirements and installation preferences. Built with simplex 9/125 µm single mode fiber and precision-polished SC/APC connectivity, these assemblies provide insertion loss performance of less than 0.25 dB and return loss greater than 60 dB for dependable high-speed optical connectivity. Designed to meet Verizon TPR 9424 Issue 2 testing requirements and multiple industry standards including Telcordia GR-20-CORE, EIA/TIA 568-A/GR-409-CORE, and ICEA-S-104-696, LYNN Hammer Series assemblies deliver the rugged performance and long-term reliability required for modern FTTx infrastructure deployments.
