Description
Description
LYNN Pushable Fiber assemblies are engineered to simplify fiber optic installations in pathways where traditional patch cables are difficult to route or prone to damage during deployment. Designed with added rigidity and a rugged armored construction, these assemblies can be pushed or pulled through walls, conduits, and micro-duct pathways without kinking or collapsing, making them ideal for FTTx deployments, MDU installations, and challenging retrofit applications. Their compact construction allows installers to quickly route fiber through tight spaces while minimizing installation complexity and labor costs.
Constructed with premium G657A2 bend insensitive fiber and a flexible armored tube design, LYNN Pushable Fiber assemblies provide exceptional durability and reliable optical performance in demanding installation environments. The ruggedized construction incorporates SUS 200CU flexible armor, aramid yarn strength members, water swellable yarn, and reinforced steel wire protection to enhance pushability while protecting the optical fiber during deployment. The UV-resistant 3 mm outer jacket and low-smoke zero-halogen inner construction make these assemblies suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications requiring long-term reliability and environmental protection.
LYNN Pushable Fiber assemblies are available with SC Pushable connectors, standard SC connectivity, or blunt-end configurations to support a wide range of deployment requirements and installation methods. Designed for tool-less installation, these assemblies can be routed through walls using a standard 1/4-inch hole or deployed through longer pathways and micro-duct systems using the optional SlimFIT installation tool. Factory-terminated and tested to Telcordia GR-326 design requirements, LYNN Pushable Fiber assemblies help accelerate deployment timelines while reducing the need for field splicing and minimizing overall installation costs in modern broadband and fiber access networks.
