Description
Description
LYNN Simplex Rugged Fiber Pigtails are engineered to simplify fiber termination and splicing applications in enterprise, broadband, and structured cabling environments. Designed for faster installation and dependable long-term performance, these factory-terminated assemblies provide a ruggedized solution for connecting single fibers within multi-fiber trunk and distribution systems. The pre-stripped breakout design significantly reduces installation time compared to traditional pigtail assemblies, helping technicians complete deployments more efficiently in the field.
Constructed with premium Corning® SMF-28e Ultra single mode fiber and a durable indoor/outdoor LSZH jacket, LYNN rugged pigtails deliver outstanding optical performance and reliability in demanding installation environments. The SC/APC connector is precision polished to provide low insertion loss and high return loss performance for critical optical networks. Built with bend insensitive G657A1 fiber technology and a rugged 2 mm cable construction, these assemblies are ideal for high-performance applications requiring reliable signal integrity and long-term durability.
LYNN Simplex Rugged Fiber Pigtails feature a factory-installed SC/APC connector on one end with an 18-inch 900 µm buffered blunt breakout on the other, ready for fusion or mechanical splicing applications. The 5-foot assembly is designed for plug-and-play integration while simplifying fiber preparation and reducing labor requirements during installation. With insertion loss performance of ≤0.2 dB, return loss of ≥60 dB, and durability exceeding 500 mating cycles, these assemblies provide dependable connectivity for indoor and outdoor optical networks operating in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 70°C.
